Community Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly proactive and detail-oriented Community Manager to manage and engage with multiple hospitality and lifestyle brand accounts.

This role is essential in bringing each brand to life daily,  ensuring accounts remain active, responsive, and deeply connected with their audiences. The Community Manager will be responsible for real-time engagement, story posting, and maintaining a strong, consistent brand presence across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Community Engagement & Interaction

  • Respond to all direct messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Manage guest inquiries, including reservations, requests, and general questions
  • Coordinate directly with restaurant or venue managers to accommodate guest needs
  • Reply to all comments across posts, reels, and stories
  • Actively engage with users by liking and commenting on relevant content (guests, influencers, tagged posts)

Story Management & Daily Activity

  • Post Instagram Stories 7 days a week across multiple accounts (6+ accounts)
  • Promote daily specials, events, and key offerings through stories
  • Maintain consistent daily activity (morning, afternoon, and night posting)
  • Repost user-generated content aligned with the brand
  • Ensure accounts remain active and visually engaging throughout the day

Content Amplification

  • Repost relevant videos, reels, and trending content that align with brand identity
  • Identify opportunities to engage with trending topics and formats
  • Support content visibility by resharing key posts and campaigns

Influencer & Collaboration Support

  • Manage inbound influencer requests and collaborations
  • Coordinate with the internal team for approvals
  • Share influencer content on stories and support amplification

Brand Presence & Voice

  • Maintain a consistent tone of voice aligned with each brand
  • Ensure all interactions reflect brand identity and positioning
  • Act as the “voice” of the brand in all online interactions

Proactive Engagement

  • Engage with local audiences, potential guests, and relevant communities
  • Interact with followers to increase visibility and build relationships
  • Monitor tagged content and repost high-quality mentions

Additional Responsibilities

  • Flag recurring guest feedback, complaints, or trends to the internal team
  • Suggest improvements based on community insights (menu interest, peak times, etc.)
  • Monitor competitors and report on engagement or trends
  • Assist in building engagement strategies to grow audience interaction
  • Support campaign launches by ensuring real-time engagement
  • Track influencer performance from reposted collaborations

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience as a Community Manager or similar role
  • Advanced English
  • Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of Instagram (Stories, Reels, engagement tactics)
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Highly organized and responsive
  • Strong internet connection and ability to be consistently online
