Senior Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our team and help bring our brands to life visually.

At folks., we work with multiple hospitality and lifestyle brands, so this role is all about designing across different identities, campaigns, and moments,  from day-to-day content to big launches.

You’ll be working closely with our creative team to turn ideas into high-quality visuals, graphics, and light animations that feel elevated, on-brand, and scroll-stopping.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Execution

Design high-quality visual assets for social media (posts, stories, reels covers, etc.)
Create digital graphics for campaigns, launches, and ongoing brand initiatives
Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and visual identity
Translate creative direction into polished, ready-to-publish assets
Maintain consistency across multiple brands and platforms

Animation & Motion Design

Create basic animations and motion graphics for social media content
Enhance static designs with movement to increase engagement
Support video content with graphic overlays, titles, and transitions

Creative Collaboration

Work closely with the Creative Director to execute concepts and ideas
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative input
Adapt designs based on feedback quickly and efficiently

Project Management & Organization

Manage multiple design requests across different clients simultaneously
Stay organized with files, versions, and deliverables
Meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment
Ensure all deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard

Brand Consistency & Attention to Detail

Ensure all outputs maintain high attention to detail
Review designs for accuracy (spacing, typography, colors, alignment)
Uphold a high level of quality control before final delivery

Additional Responsibilities

Support campaign launches with fast-turnaround creative assets
Prepare files for different formats and platforms
Stay updated on design trends relevant to hospitality and lifestyle brands
Optimize designs based on performance and platform best practices

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media work
Experience working on both large-scale and ongoing projects
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Skills

Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Experience with animation and motion design (After Effects or similar)
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas to life
Time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Other Requirements

Advanced English (required)
Remote position (US time zone preferred)
Strong internet connection and ability to meet deadlines consistently

Nice to Have

Experience in hospitality, restaurants, nightlife, or lifestyle brands
Experience designing for social media-first brands
Basic video editing skills
Bilingual (English / Spanish preferred)
